This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through vontry.shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our premium wall art decors, curated prints, and gallery-grade canvas collections.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To safeguard the artistic structural integrity and secure the high resale standards of our gallery-grade goods, all home decor items must meet the following precise criteria to be approved for a return:

  • The wall art decor must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely un-mounted, un-hung, and undamaged.
  • The framed or canvas art piece must display zero surface scratches, canvas creases, fingerprint oil smudges, lacquer chips, or structural dents.
  • All original reinforced foam corner guards, cardboard structural framing, and clear vacuum plastic film wrapping must remain fully intact and unopened.
  • The item must be returned in its original rigid protective shipping crate or multi-layer heavy-duty cardboard packing box.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom-sized print accommodations, or any art piece where the protective plastic wrap or corner protectors have been removed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate an artwork return, please review and fulfill our verified sequence below:

  • Step 1: Contact our professional support team at support@vontry.shop or call +61 435-963-884 with your official order number, the reason for return, and clear, high-resolution photographs displaying the intact corner guards and surface quality of the art piece.
  • Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you an official return shipping label, as well as comprehensive instructions on how and where to safely route your fragile package.
  • Step 3: Pack the artwork securely in its original heavy-duty shipping box to prevent shifting or impact puncture during transit, and attach the provided return label.

4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee

  • Defective/Damaged Products: If the wall art arrives with distinct defects (such as cracked outer frames, warped stretching bars, or surface pigment bleeding) or was shattered/torn by the carrier during transit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer Remorse: If you chose an incorrect size format for your wall space, picked a color scheme that conflicts with your interior lighting, or simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost to guarantee an absolute premium, risk-free art buying experience for our United States customers.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

6. Refunds

We will notify you immediately once we’ve received, unboxed, and conducted a professional structural inspection on your returned wall art piece. We will communicate whether the refund was approved or declined based on our framing safety standards. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the exact size, orientation, or palette you desire is to return the art piece you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new artwork.
